Our History

LL Scheduling is a value-add service provider.  We provide scheduling solutions exclusively to the home care industry.  LL Scheduling has been providing high-quality support and helping businesses grow since 2014.  

 

"The idea started when I was the head of scheduling for a very large Hospital system in Kansas.  Then, while I was building the Scheduling Department for an Outsourcer, I saw, first-hand, small/medium sized agencies that were trying to grow their business, but were mired in the operational struggles related to scheduling. 


I teamed up with a business partner who has an extensive background in Contact Center Operations, Process Design, Technology, and Customer Experience Management.  Together, we have over 35 years of experience and complimentary backgrounds.


In 2014, we set up shop, hired our first schedulers, and LL Scheduling was launched."
